Description:
Bred by CWSG growers Kristina Korobeynikova and Edmund Frost at Twin Oaks Seed Farm. Gorgeous pastel-colored cherry tomatoes that look and feel like small Easter eggs. They come in multiple shades of vibrant pink and yellow, with slightly fuzzy skin (like Garden Peach, one of the parents). Foliage is long lasting and disease resistant (like Matt's Wild Cherry, the other parent), leading to harvests that can last from late July through mid October. They have good flavor and are very productive. Sometimes the fruits develop a picking scar which impacts keeping quality. We're working to select against this trait. In the meantime, consider harvesting by clipping trusses of tomatoes, or sort after harvest. Seeds from the initial cross were sent to us by vegetable breeder and Eastern Connecticut State University professor Bryan Connelly. Grown by Twin Oaks Seed Farm. 500 seeds/gram.
