Wilhelm’s Ballure Groninger Kale is a Dutch Variety we got from Nate Kleinman at Experimental Farm Network. Leaves are a pretty blue-purple color, ruffled, and especially sweet and tender. They overwinter well in Virginia with or without row cover. Edmund has been growing this every winter for about five years now and it’s one of his favorite staple varieties. 256 seeds/gram. Grown by Twin Oaks Seed Farm.
