Dahlia grows quickly. Plant early in spring and plants bloom mid-July through to the first hard frost. My seeds produce Big Giant blooms of all colors and shapes. Mix includes solid and bicolor blooms in shades of salmon, coral, white, light yellow, red, and lavender. These seeds are mixed and contain genes of many varieties. You will yeild many colors and varieties and sizes. The tubers can be harvested in the fall before a hard frost and stored in a cool dark place for planting the following year.
Growing Tips:
Start like tomatoes. plant in pots in a warm location 6 weeks before the last frost free date in your area. Transplant 1-1.5; apart in fertile soil. Give plenty of sunlight. Store tubers in a cool dry locale in the fall for planting the following year (or you can eat them too).
