We are a small group of plant enthusiasts! We are in sunny, hot, and dry Arizona. We focus on high quality delicious varieties that will do well in our unique conditions as well as producing new ones that will perform even better. We love Unique qualities on all of our plants!

We store seed in paper and glass. We stitch our own paper packets for shipping. We avoid plastic whenever possible.

We focus on saving seed from diverse and strong plants. We do maintain some varieties however we are moving toward more landraces and releasing new varieties.

We grow everything with little input. We use only rain and filtered water. We do not use tap water. We companion plant with diverse plantings. We use permaculture principles. Soil health is our priority!

We have saved seeds for a long time from a variety of different plants. After learning most commercial seeds come from regions and conditions that are very different from ours. We have read various books on the nuances of saving seeds from different Genus. We continue to learn more and more!

With our climate, the plants almost self select for heat and drought! They either thrive or do not produce! We select for flavor, color, as well as cool and unique qualities!
